Starting as a hobby in an old mallard camper, turned sugar house, we've quickly grown to a small 2,600 tap family sugaring operation.

Located in the hills of Eden, VT we use sustainable management practices to ensure the future of our woods. We boil our sap down the traditional way, on a highly efficient wood fired evaporator.

Following Vermont's strict maple standards, we produce the 100% pure maple syrup you get to enjoy in your beverage!
